30 Day Return Policy

TwistedSisters accepts returns on items within 30 days from date of sale for a refund in the form of a store credit (valid for 3 months) or exchange (excluding sale items).

No refunds/ returns/ exchanges on sale items

Store credits/ exchanges are for purchase price only and do not include postage charges.

How do I return & exchange a item?

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact Twisted Sisters during the first 30 days after purchase. 

When returning an item, the item/s need to be in AS NEW condition - unworn, unused, undamaged with all tags attached.

Unfortunately we can't take responsibility for goods that are lost in transit - so we recommend returning goods with an Australia Post tracking number to ensure their safety. Return postage expenses are the responsibility of the customer. 

No refunds or exchanges on pre order items unless faulty when received .

Please ensure you enclose a self-addressed Australia Post Satchel so we may send you your exchanged item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your store credit/ exchange will be processed, within 5 business days

Gift cards are not returnable or redeemable for cash
